So I'm working on arrangements. Everything's getting a workout -- Acid, SuperJam, Band in a Box, my poor hapless Korg.

I have to do laundry this week, certainly before To Be Continued this weekend. And I have to go to the store later this morning. And I've had a tummy ache for most of the weekend. And my head hurts. And Bush, Cheney, Frist, Santorum, and DeLay are still in power.

Ah, well -- at least I got a new shirt up at the Cafe Press shop.

How is your week starting out? Better than mine, I hope.

I had a good day volunteering at EFRC and somehow got charged with more inspiration to actually get something done rather than just lie around than I've felt in weeks. Now, if I can only get something done before it fades...

When I read your posts, I tend to automatically think in terms of comedy music -- I think that's a good thing, personally. When I read the line, "... Bush, Cheney, Frist, Santorum, and DeLay..." I thought about the fact that it may be a good parody written by someone that knows what they're doing (not me) with that song from Bedknobs and Broomsticks that has the line, "... Traguna, Tracorum, Macoytes, Satis, and Dee ..." or something very similar

i got my lesson on how to operate my new sewing machine. i've got a project i'm working on for a friend, and he'd like it in time for marcon, so i don't think i'll be making my gypsy costume this month. i'm also hoping to hear this week about the second job i applied for at office depot. they need a technology seller in the mornings, and i need to start saving up to pay off my student loans. evenings at borders covers bills and gas for the car, and that's about it...

First off, take care of yourself, Tom...there's something of a virus running amok...
Which I found out while doing my first onsite computer service calls in almost three years to one of the five schools I'm not supporting on a regular basis--watch out, folks--the bugs are out in force in schools in Ohio!
On the happy home front, I'm trying to work with a debtor from my previous marriage--They threaten paycheck garnishment, I'm offering payment plan...all hopes, prayers, and well-wishes welcome.
But I'm keeping up my spirits--between seeing THHGTTG and reading the latest post from Maureen McHugh's (http://maureenmcq.blogspot.com/) blogsite, I'm reminded that life's what you make it--I can either dwell on the bad and do nothing, or drop it all and go to Matagascar.
So here's to winning the lottery and buying two tickets to eastern Africa!
