Okay, that last one has people playing [a] the game of "how many films have you seen (that are on this list...)?" and [b] the game of "the larger the list grows, the likelier it is that you're a 'movie whore' by its narrow definition.
I think I've got a better one. And it's much simpler.
The last ten DVDs (or multi-disk DVD sets) (or, for those clinging to VHS or geeking over PSP, movies on video) I bought are:

Danger Mouse, seasons 1 and 2
The Perils of Penelope Pitstop, the complete series
The Aviator
Young Frankenstein (for some reason, I'd never got it, and Target had it on sale)
