So, tomorrow I'm off for InConjunction. Haven't been there in ten years -- this ought to be fun. My concert is at 4:30 Saturday, and I may also be involved in the Limerick and Pun Contest at 3:00. I will be at open filking both nights, probably not too late.

Anyone else going? Or are you going to Origins in Columbus? Or are you doing something else?

On an almost completely unrelated note (except that it has to do with conventions): Have you gotten a schedule for when you're going to be performing at ConFluence? I've been hyping the fact that you're going to be there, and a few people have asked when your concert is going to be. (And, of course, there's nothing posted to the ConFluence website.)

As I'm actually leaving for the con on Saturday morning, my solo set is scheduled at 4:00, if I recall correctly, followed by The Tom & Pete Show at 5:00.

Perhaps you should judge this just to be fair to those poor unfortunates who lack your talent and spirit.....

well, I had a desier to do both - but it's just not gonna work this year. Anthrocon is next week, and it's a biggie for me. Then I switch gears for Gencon - normally I would have tried Origins too, but I keep thinking the surgury will coms around then....

You were very nice, and gave us some great ideas for the future. I'll have to make sure to e-mail you, and get some of the other ideas.

And I was happy to remember to get you caffeine at 10:00am this morning. :-) It seemed to work a little better than having a gopher make sure to get you something, and allowed me to introduce myself.

Only plans on the weekend (so far) are to help out my sister's boyfriend move stuff from his old place to his parents (water heater broke and flooded the basement) and on another day, record a few hours of some baudy filk (and hopefully some other stuff) for a future filk CD or two.

I'll be sitting aroud like a lump until Sunday when I work at EFRC like normal. If I were going to a con, it would be Convergence.

I hope InCon is fun. If I hear enough good reports, I might be willing to go back in another few years.

Tiger: If you would, please e-mail me at conchair@inconjunction.org , and let me know what caused you to stop coming. If it's something with the Con, we are trying to fix some things that were broken a few years ago, and make it better. As I put in the program book "welcome" that I wrote this year, input is greatly appreciated.

I hope we can make it better so you can come back.

I'm going to Origins, since I live so close. And I wouldn't miss the annual B5CCG tournament for anything. Sorry I'll miss you, maybe I'll get to make it to another convention you're at later this year.
