The Last Fifty
Jul. 24th, 2005 01:24 pmNicked from Pandagon, which got it from Catch -- a simple site that shows the last fifty images uploaded to LiveJournal.
(The big reason I've tagged this "not work safe" is that I literally have no control over what will be posted by the millions [AND MILLIONS] of LJ users. If you get explicit Hagrid/Dumbledore fan art or someone showing off their new piercing, it ain't my fault.)

Date: 2005-07-24 06:08 pm (UTC)It's sites like this that are responsible for so many journals being friends-only. There are a lot of things that I want to show friends, am willing to show people who actually come to visit my journal directly, but don't want seen by thousands of strangers.
(Of course, that only makes a difference now -- despite LJ's protests, pictures from friends only posts demonstrably did used to show up on these sites, and sites like Fusker were picking up nude images from people's locked posts and making them publicly available. This has supposedly been fixed now ...)

This is off the LJ site home page, so really the "Last 50" aren't the only problem.
