Note the sudden change in names at the top of the post...I made the same assumption until I came back to post my comment that JC had nothing to do with the article.

The Snopes collection of documents is downright hysterical, and I can see why JC was accredited to the work as all I could hear in my head while reading it was Basil Faulty...
