A Bathtub For Grover
Sep. 14th, 2005 08:13 pmIf you have never heard of Grover Norquist, he's a fairly scummy neoconservative masquerading as a tax reformer. His most famous quote is, "I don't want to abolish government. I simply want to reduce it to the size where I can drag it into the bathroom and drown it in the bathtub."
Well, Working For Change has turned that into one hell of a billboard, and they're raising funds to put it up in Grover's own neighborhood in Washington, DC. You can donate to this cause here, and download a .PDF of the billboard here.

I have no idea if any of these folks are filkers known to you, but lots of 'em are working on it. I just know they're mad enough to rhyme about it, which is pretty mad. I just want somebody who knows filk to see this!
filkertom, meet kierthos (if you don't already know them, I also beg your pardon!)
