Robert Wise Passes Away

filkertomGreat sadness. Robert Wise died yesterday at the age of 91. He was the director of West Side Story, The Sound of Music, Star Trek: The Motion Picture, The Andromeda Strain, and The Day The Earth Stood Still, as well as the editor of Citizen Kane, The Magnificent Ambersons, and Laughton's Hunchback.
