It will be 10.

Next up for discussion is Dexterity. Observers anticipate that consensus will be reached on 12 or possibly 13. The current deadline for decision is in March 2006.

Unfortunately, I'd have to say that Iraq's CON can't be above about 4. But after all the hits they've taken from wraiths like Hussein, Bush, Sadr, and Zarqawi, they've rolled an awful lot of 20's to have that much left.
