Last weeks Effector Online mentioned a woman here in Oregon who is suing the RIAA over their attempt to extort money from her for piracy she didn't commit. And her lawyer has included "illegal access to a computer" as well as charges under Oregon's RICO statute.
I'd love to see the "illegal access" and RICO charges stick. As well as the extortion. All of them are most definitely true.
