TastingMenu.com has two free downloadable cookbooks in .pdf format. Each of them covers the creation of a specialty gourmet meal of a lifetime, lavishly illustrated with color photos and with step-by-step instructions. All they want is an e-mail address.

Having had friends go for omakase at a local Japanese place, the book sounds incredibly familiar yet different. And the pictures - woo. Just seeing the three pieces of toro made me start drooling in earnest ;)
