So, the Girl Genius Yahoo group got a little silly yesterday, and I was taking a mental break from another song, and I cranked these out:

Good Klaus Wulfenbach went out,
In his flying castle!
Try to find that Heterodyne,
Vey ismir, what a hassle!
Here's a Jagermonster hat,
With a little tassel!
Here comes Othar Tryggvassen,
Good lord, what an....
Agatha we heard on high,
Used her Voice to make us sigh.
Told us to obey her cat,
Why don't we object to that?
A-a-a-a-a, A-a-a-a-a, A-a-a-a-a-Agatha,
We are in such distress,
A-a-a-a-a, A-a-a-a-a, A-a-a-a-a-Agatha,
Won't you be our mi-is-stress.
Zeetha the warrior hottie
Had a pair of shiny blades,
And if you ever saw them,
Hope your insurance is paid.
All of the other travellers
In the circus thought her strange,
She told 'em 'bout Skifander,
And they thought she was deranged.

Then one lazy summer's eve,
Agatha came to say,
"Skifander's a real place,"
Brought a smile to Zeetha's face.

Then how they started training,
Sparky babe and warrior lass --
"You may be a Girl Genius,
But I know how to kick some ass!"
We three Sparks of Beetleburg are
Catching lightning here in a jar.
Acid, foil, wire and coil --
*BZZZZT*

Silent night....

You are wrong, sir. So very, very wrong.

And I can't begin to thank you enough for that fact.

Gee, makes me wish we were going caroling this year. Be interesting to see if folks actually heard the words.

And from another view:

I had a little Jaeger
I made him from spare parts
And if you won't obey me
He will rip out your heart

Oh, Jaeger, Jaeger, Jaeger
He'll swat you like a gnat
So just do what he tells you
And *never* touch the hat!

*snerk* oh, those are excellent. oh dear.
i might be singing those at work tomorrow, to drown out the standard trite holiday tunes all retail establishments subject their captive employees to.

If you have any interest in picking it up, ages ago I had the genesis of an idea of a Girl Genius filk to the tune of Richard O'Brien's "Shock Treatment"

Here's my barebones start and chorus given freely for you to do with as you please...
