A most excellent holiday to each and every one of you. If you happen not to worship this holiday, a most excellent day to you anyway. May everything go right, nothing go wrong, and everybody get along.

And, here, have a song! Something you haven't heard -- a studio version of "Makin' Buddha's Hard To Do". I'll leave it up for a few days.

For whatever it may be worth to you, your music and humor made this last year far more bearable than it otherwise may have been.

Thank you, and a happy holiday to you and yours.

Same sentiment here! Whenever I get depressed over not finding a job (or walking back from an interview I _know_ will go nowhere) I always listen to my "Fun" playlist, and you're 50% of the tunes in there, with Tom Lerher at 20% and Weird Al at 10%, just so you know where you stand on the "Fun" meter.

I'm up far too often at this hour -- but, since I'm on my own schedule now, at least I can go back to bed when I want. ;)

When I tell my doctor I can't sleep, he rolls his eyes and tells me to keep "regular hours". Then he raises the dosage on the medications that keep me awake and cuts me off the one that helped me sleep.

I don't think 5 am to noon was what he meant by "regular".

Well, it just adds to that psycho mystique, I suppose.

It's been scientifically proven that some people have a natural biorhythm which is called, for want of a better term, "night person." These people function just as productively as "morning persons" only if they are allowed to stay up late and sleep in past the usual crack of dawn.

Of course, proving this and having society accept it are two different things. You know it's going to be tough when even doctors don't get it.

Yay Thank You Tom!!!
Just the thing to make this a day to remember for reasons other than nearly falling asleep on the sofa at the family christmas do. The do was nice in spite of my slower-than-expected recovery from a sinus infection this week ;)

I'll have to remember to request this the next time we're at a filk together. I'd forgotten just how much fun it is.
Thanks & hugs -- K
