I haven't seen The Muppets Wizard of Oz, because everybody ripped the hell out of it. But this clip has got me more interested than all the other stuff I've seen combined. Thanks to bald_ruminant for the link.

Yeah, that clip was hilarious. Unfortunately it was the only hilarious thing in the whole movie by a very wide margin.

It was worth watching once when I had absolutely nothing else to do. I wouldn't call that the only funny moment, but I'm at a loss to say what the others were.

I may be the oddball here, but I actually liked it. When they stuck to the book, they STUCK TO THE BOOK! (It did happen. I saw it!)

And there was a brief homage to the Wiz that amused me to no end.

I thought Muppet Wizard of Oz had some genuinely funny moments, but overall was lacking compared to pretty much every other Muppet Movie ever made. Still, I'd rather have them making things than not making things.

I HIGHLY recommend "It's A Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie". It was made for NBC a couple years ago, and it's f-ing brilliant. Even if it's not Xmas time, find this movie and watch it ASAP.

I have high hopes for The Power of The Dark Crystal, the mock-reality show "America's Next Muppet", The Fraggle Rock Movie, and I intend to collect all of the Palisaides Sesame Street action figures (Series 1: Ernie, Oscar, Guy Smiley, and the 2 Headed Monster), I already have my Super Grover.
