Well, that was certainly fun.

Just a great gang of folks -- over 1,100 this year, actually. Friendly and pleasant and fun. Many, many thanks to Danny and Kim Chamberlin, Sylvia Cox, Carlin Stuart, Kevin the Gopher, Robin at the hotel, perpetual guest Cullen Johnson, an exquisitely cute anime fan named Cat who gave me a couple of excellent sketches (I'll have 'em up here in a day or two), and everybody else whose name I didn't catch, who bent over backwards to take care of me. You all rock. The concert went well, lukeski and I held the masquerade halftime together, and I got some magnificent barbecue (Neely's was really good, but I think I prefer Interstate).

Dunno if it'll be next year, but I will be doing MidSouthCon again.

I am sorry that I could not make it- blew my con budget on an 'outside' doctors visit. So, maybe in a year or two I'll see you there- next year will probably be out for me because of the Legislative session, so it'll probably be '08.

I missed the masquerade half-time show (drat) but I did catch your concert. Your performance was excellent. It was my first time seeing you in action. Very entertaining. I picked up three of your CDs as well. Nice to catch you here in the South before I move to the Northwest. Glad MidSouthCon started with filk GoHs again. It certainly adds something to what is already a really nice con.
