That was my thought. Or do they mean 3D like "put on the red and blue glasses?"

Oogh. That seems to be the case, in which case I'll be passing on the experience as the red-and-blue glasses give me a massive headache.

I've never tried the polarized ones, but the red-blue ones make my eyes hurt. Do the polarized work better?

Red/Green 3D would be good for DVD issues........
