That's pretty damn cool. :-)

Of course you've all seen this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?search=+juggernaut&v=9puXA22JKDA) right? (Not safe for work!)

There's a lot of JLA and Batman/Superman videos on YouTube.

Here's a JLA farewell music video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9UXTEjO74Nc&search=justice%20league%20farewell) done to that overused Green Day song. Still pretty cool though.

And of course I think someone else posted World's Finest (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtXD2HR5jgw&mode=related&search=world%27s%20finest) before didn't they? There are just loads of these live-action ones showing up too.

YouTube is a special kind of crack... ;-)

Hadn't seen the JLA farewell. Very nice.

I absolutely had seen the other stuff, and have hyped World's Finest a few times. Which means I've also gotta bring out the grand champion of them all, Grayson (http://theforce.net/fanfilms/nonsw/grayson/).

Whoever they found for Catwoman in that is almost purrfect. ;-)

I've seen Grayson before and I so want someone to take a crack at making that a complete film. If only for the fans. Probably not going to happen but I can keep dreaming...

Some part of me wants a Green Lantern film too.

Catwoman is played by Playboy model Kimberly Page, the wife (possibly ex-wife, can't remember my gossip) of pro wrestler Diamond Dallas Page.

No gossip necessary. (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0266258/)

Actually, it appears they did divorce (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kimberly_Page).

Green Lantern would be a terrific film series. There's so much material available, and so much of it is so good.

But Hollywood would fsck it up by trying to have it all -- ALL of Earth's GLs and the Corps, too -- in the first flick.

Indeed. Start with prickly, or should I say pricky?, old Hal Jordan and go on from there.

Unfortunately most kids these days only know about John Stewart from the JL cartoon. :-/

I've missed so much. I stopped reading comics in the late 80's. I've got a lot of catching up to do! ;-)

Heh. Seems like I jumped the gun before searching again:

Green Lantern Movie Teaser (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L14XqJMfwqs&search=green%20lantern)

It doesn't seem to have the disclaimer so it might be real but then again might not. More research is definitely needed...

And then there are things that are just painful to watch: really lame Green Lantern video. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SMJ1YhtJRVs&search=green%20lantern)

(I also ran across this. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PslxoaCIVpY&search=serenity%20cowboy) ;-) Not strictly on-topic but cool nonetheless. Cowboy Bebop to the theme from Firefly)

Wasn't Kevin Smith supposed to direct a Green Lantern movie at one point? I know he's a fan of the character and even voiced in in Duck Dodgers.

As long as he doesn't cast Jack Black (http://www.cinematical.com/2006/06/16/jack-black-still-wants-green-lantern/) I'm all for it.

Too bad James Marsden is already Cyclops because he might make a good GL. But I'm betting that there's probably an unknown out there who would do better.

Maybe Jack can be one of the throng of non-human Lanterns though. Let's hear his read of "Bring it on, poozer!" [g]

Marsden seems to have gotten some exposure on the DC side in "Superman Reruns" as Lois Lane's long-suffering fiancé anyway. [Not a spoiler, anybody could read this in IMDB for a long time now.]
