Got something very, very cool in the e-mail this morning.

*pout* You laughed when I danced.

What? When? I genuinely don't remember that, and I'm sorry if I did.

*grin* Marcon. You sang it during a round robin concert. I'm still curious as to what was going through your head, since I know you didn't mean it in any sort of mean way.

Oh, jeez, that. No, that was laughter of utter delight. I promise, you can dance with my stuff anytime the mood strikes you.

I really need to find an appropriate guy to dance the other part. That's one of the songs that I can visualize the dance bits quite clearly.

It's on DigAComp and on Domino Death. I'm also going to record it for Sounds Familiar (which I swear I'm making progress on, no, really...).

I've never heard you sing that. Next time we meet, please? 8]

Both the lyrics and the fic are shiver-inducing, in distictly different ways -- and I find yours by far the brighter of the two, although that's hardly fair since the other related the event as seen through alien eyes .... Hmmmmm ....

Again, I'm really glad you liked it. It's not quite a direct fanfic (I don't recall the original Storm Dancer being over thirty feet tall), but as I said, it was very much inspired by Storm Dancing.

It's not Shakespeare, but I think it's one of my better entries. When I try to get someone interested in the Journal, that's usually the one I link them to.

I should probably be asking your permission to write some fanfiction based on "Dark Country", shouldn't I?
