Update: On the other hand, when the tracks are all at different tempos, one is forced to the conclusion that something went awry. More later.

Update 2: The man, Jonathan Coulton his own bad self, replied to my e-mail. He said I should just be able to tell Acid about the tempo info. Which may be true, and I've got at least two ways to do it, but they're more involved than I'd like. So I'm looking for Way #3.

I can do that anyway. You can do that anyway. Just load the tracks into -- well, let's see. I can't remember if you have a Mac or a PC, so either Garageband or Acid Xpress. Mute, or don't load, the vocals.

I stand corrected. Goddamn tracks are not in sync with each other. I am NOT happy. This sort of thing should be set up to be easy.

I've seen him play gigs twice and another time as part of a larger show. He's a fantastic performer.
