It was overrated from the get go, but considering that the ratings were saying it was the funniest movie ever in the history of comedy, that doesn't mean it's not a good movie. On the contrary, it was actually quite chucklesome. He's very culturally insensitive in his own way and there's certainly dirty pool in the way he hoodwinked a bunch of poor Romanians, but getting American boys to admit on camera that they want women as slaves and trying to kidnap Pamela Anderson is pretty much what we on the internet like to call "El oh el."

The bunnies reenactment was friggin' hilarious. HILARIOUS.

I don't know if I'll ever see the movie, because every clip that I saw made me think, "Y'know, I liked this guy better when he was Yakov Smirnoff." That said, I'm looking forward to Sasha Cohen playing Pirelli in Tim Burton's Sweeney Todd.
