ETA: If you're having trouble seeing it, it may be a browser setting or a pop-up or ad blocker. What was nuking it for me in Firefox was the NoScript plugin; as soon as I allowed kevinandkell.com to run scripts, there it was.

You must disable both AdBlock Plus and NoScript on the kevinandkell.com site, and then you may have to cycle through the several ads that alternate in that space, before Tom's ad shows up.

You might have to refresh the page several times - I saw about 7 different ads sharing the space and they don't seem to cycle in any order.
