Not yet. There's no release date yet afaik.

(In which I answer some of my own questions.) DVD's are not yet available, but the Wiki article said the CD soundtrack was supposed to be released this month.

As for the TELOE site, it's going to solicit fan video applications for the League, and the best ten will make it to the DVD (which is why that isn't out yet, natch). The DVD will also have the world's first Musical Commentary, with all new songs by the cast and crew.
