Major victory for non-traditional marriage. There's a stay (pending appeals), so same-sex marriage does not immediately resume. The whole thing is almost certainly going to the SCOTUS.

My own state, Washington, is in the process of passing a full marriage equality law. It'll get held up by a referendum demand from the right, but they may not get it on the ballot, and if they do, we may be able to defeat it. It's going to be a rocky ride, as in California, but we're getting there.
