An hour and forty minutes, five bucks. And spiffy art by the incredible Lar DeSouza (which I think will work very well for a recurring Live Show cover).

When you get a chance, you will show us this bit of art, right? I love both of those comics.

Well, if you go to the page linked above, you can see the art, which I used for the cover. :) I'll put up a higher-res version soon.

Oh, hey, done as an album, instead of one file? Very nice.

(Not that I don't enjoy all of the one-file concerts you've put up over the years, of course. *grin*)

For Bandcamp, I need to upload .wavs. Advantage: one-song-at-a-time folks. ;)

Thanks! I had gotten long files from an audience member and having the concert as separate tracks helps!

Plus, I suspect that you will sell a number of copies of the phone book improv.

Tom, listening to this now. At one point you ask what time it was....and in the real world I looked at my watch without even thinking about it.

Where is the like button for this comment?? I've done the same thing when listening to live concerts, been thrown off by times said in it vs the current time for me.

Spiffy art! It's nice to see Lar working with you. I know him from Gargoyles fandom, way back when.

Ok, I _so_ needed the Phone Book bit. We told some friends about it, and they didn't believe us. (Silly friends, Tom Smith's music is not only stranger than you imagined, it's stranger than you CAN imagine!)

You need to do more "X does Y" mashups to top off "Leon Redborn does Lady Gaga" and "Pavarotti Does KISS." Combine them together for a nice FuMP. Didn't you attempt a "Peter Lorre does Green Day"?

I bet others will have good suggestions. Some how, "Elvis does Rick Ashley" comes to mind...

And Mel Blanche already did Porky Pig doing Elvis.

Just bought the album along with Ends 'n' Odds. Thanks! I loved the phone book song. One question, why do some tracks have an * by them?

Exactly that. Shtick or intro or other interstitial non-singing.

Tom, when did you originally release Ends 'n' Odds? I like to put the release year in the folder name so I have an artist's albums in chronological order.

Thanks!

I thought that's what the page said. I wasn't sure since you had songs about Murphy Brown and the first half of the first season of Star Trek TNG (hope your opinion of it improved since then).
