Happy Birthday, You Pest!

Today is the birthday of the best person I know, my bestest friend, my partner in crime, the one I and I alone am entitled to call Pest (and she returns the favor). A gazillion hugs, stuffed-bear smooches, and M&Ms to the wonderful huskiebear. Happy birfday! Yay!

A Big Win For The Good Guys

U.S. Court of Appeals upholds Creative Commons and similar licensing. Basically, "if a creative work is being used outside the terms of the license, the person modifying or republishing the work is guilty of copyright infringement for failing to attribute the original work."
