I'll probably go into detail later about Tuscon and the Eloy Red Roof Inn, but... I'm at my Mom's place in suburban Phoenix. Beautiful house, beautiful view, scary-ass 42° driveway. Warm, clear, sunshine. No winter in sight.

Sigh.

Going to CONDFW. I'm taking my 11 year old niece, a budding fan, to her first ever con. She's still at the point of being thrilled that there other people who think about what happened after the story ended, or want to make up their own songs and stories set in these worlds.
